Our Refurbing Process

Inner Tubbing

  1. Thoroughly inspect all surface areas for damages such as pits, peeling chrome, or deep gauges
  2. Completely remove existing chrome from unit
  3. Weld any remaining pits or gauges in base material
  4. Hone unit minimum amount to keep inner walls thick, extending the units life
  5. Rechrome inner diameter completely and outer sections if needed
  6. Polish to a mirror-like finish, and inspect all surface areas once again before shipping back to the customer
